Name: Easy enough. First and last name.
Origin: Where are they from?
Gender: Male or Female
Orientation: Straight, Bisexual, homosexual, Unsure, etc.
Religion: What religion are they?
Birthday: Day, month, and year if possible.
Age: Self-explanatory.
Languages spoken: Do they speak one? Five? List all the languages they are fluent in, otherwise, say if they only know it in conversational form, and such.
Personality: General personality. At least two good paragraphs, three for canon. Please make them coherent.
Likes: Things they like- as many as you want, no less than five. More would be great.
Dislikes: Same as above.
Appearance: 5 to 7 sentences of description (height, build, hair style and eye color, you know what we're talking about.) Anything that the picture might not cover. Optional if a picture is used, but very much appreciated anyway.
Relationships: Anything important with other characters. Who their rival is, who they respect, romantic interests, etc. BE DETAILED.
History: Three to four paragraphs or you can have bullet notes. Allows us to see how well you know your character.
Hobbies: What do they like to do in their spare time?
Random Quirks: Things that they do, nervous habits, or just weird things about them.
