Personality: To put it quite bluntly, Eduardo is what most people would call an asshole. He is extremely egoistic, thinking like he knows everything. Being extremely obnoxious, he takes every opportunity to say that he and only he is right in any situation, no matter how irrational his propositions may be. He always acts as though he knows everything, and will start blabbing about something he doesn't even know about and will try to sound smart in any way possible, while at the same time attempting to put down any other opinions of other people and making them look stupid in the process. If anyone every tries to fluster or confuse him, he will just wave it off and say something like "it's because /I/ say so." He puts a complete emphasis on the word "I."
He is the type of man who doesn't care who he tramples over, as long as he knows he's right. He acts as though he's the center of the universe and everything revolves around him, and will never fail to make sure that other people think the same way, even though they most probably won't. Being trained in the military ways by Prussia and being around him for a long time, he had picked up the man's egotistical ways, thinking he's better than others. He also becomes extremely arrogant when argued with, and will often use the phrase "It's right because I said so" or "I say it's done, so there" whenever he thinks he's losing an argument. The main thing about him is his over self-confidence, really. He also has an aura of overly believing in his inerrant self that he comes across as being proud to the point that he almost considers himself a god, unrivaled and can never be challenged. He must always get his way, or he gets upset and starts arguing, quite irrationally, with people. Which will most probably end in "it is so, because I say it is."
Oh, and he also has the habit of turning all attention on him, no matter where or when, and then will proceed bragging about himself. He also likes to steal attention from other people, then putting himself on the pedestal and have himself almost worshipped, to a certain extent. He'll also be an extreme asshole about anything he's even remotely good at, and must make sure the whole world would know about it.
Appearance: Eduardo stands at 5'10", and is usually seen with a smug, teasing smile on his face. He usually wears his gray military uniform, though being the obnoxious person he is, he never wears his military uniform right and always keeps the first two buttons open. Because according to him, it's sexy and attracts the ladies.
Relationships:
- Ecuador: His childhood bestfriend, one who he has been together with ever since their independence from Spain. It is quite uncertain how these two get together so much because of their contrasting personalities, but they just do. Ecuador is also one of the very few who can tolerate his ego and keep him in line, and probably the only person he'll ever listen to. They're extremely close, as well.
- Brazil: Another Latin American country that he doesn't mind. He's not as close to him as he is to Ecuador, but they're still pretty good friends.
- Mexico: Same as Brazil.
- Estonia: One of his biggest trading partners.
- Prussia: The man who trained him in the military, Chile respects and admires him, to the point of almost worshipping him. Almost.
- Peru: These two used to be really close, but eventually broke apart after a series of disagreements. He will never admit it, but he misses the days when they were still best friends.
- Argentina: His sworn rival, they always cross each other in anything and everything. One is fierce and strong, the other is egotistic, so it's natural they don't get along.
- Bolivia: He isn't too fond of this Latin American either, but he generally gets along better with her than Argentina or Peru.
