Personality:
You can try to figure Cheyenne til the sun comes up, but you won't get very far. This girl is an enigma, from the way she looks, to the way she acts. She preferrs people thinking all sorts of different stories about this strange female Mob boss. No one would expect someone so young to be able to control the American Mafia with such an iron fist, and she uses that to her own advantage. It's how she manages to get to her victims so intimately. This red haired demon can be anything you like, a lover, a friend, a relative. Whate ver it takes, she will do anything to make sure her target goes down. You need a band of people afraid to get their hands dirty

She enjoys death, finding it funny, and oft times entertaining, when done the right way. In the same way, she also loves putting her people back in line. She may be one of the only female Main Men, but she makes up for that with the iron fist. Betrayal, words against her, none are taken lightly. She does have a wild streak, though. Enjoying long rides on her motorcycle at top speeds, and having the occasional drug fling, this girl is DEFINITELY not exactly the most clean apple on the tree.

History:
During the mid-18th century, the area was inhabited by a Native American tribe known as the Potawatomi, who had taken the place of the Miami and Sauk and Fox peoples. The 1780s saw the arrival of the first known non-indigenous permanent settler in Chicago, Jean Baptiste Point du Sable, who is believed to be of African and European (French) descent.[20] In 1795, following the Northwest Indian War, an area that was to be part of Chicago was turned over by some Native Americans in the Treaty of Greenville to the United States for a military post.

In 1803, the United States Army built Fort Dearborn, which was destroyed in the War of 1812, Battle of Fort Dearborn. The Ottawa, Ojibwe, and Potawatomi had ceded additional land to the United States in the 1804 Treaty of St. Louis. The Potawatomi were eventually forcibly removed from their land following the Treaty of Chicago in 1833. On August 12, 1833, the Town of Chicago was organized with a population of around 200 at that time. Within seven years it would grow to a population of over 4,000. On the 15th day of June, 1835, the first public land sales commenced with Edmund Dick Taylor as U. S. receiver of public moneys. The City of Chicago was incorporated on Saturday, March 4, 1837.

Personal history:

Growing up alone on the streets of Chicago, Cheyenne was the sort who was raised on what little you could scrape by with. This brought her up to be much tougher than most. However, she managed pretty well for herself. When she was only 16, she took on the responsibility of the American Mafia, and quite enjoyed it. She learned well, and became one hell of a wicked bitch.

Now having stepped down, she takes time for herself, doing a lot of woodwork, driving around town on her bike, bar hopping...God, she loves it.
