If you ever hear the words 'like oh my god' coming from behind you, be sure to run like hell. This means that the ever bouncy young man known as Feliks has come to have his day. Not that every day isn't Feliks day in his world. Selfish, and a bit loud, the male is only slightly shy around those he doesn't know. Once he gets to know you, and has spent time around you, the loud, slightly valley-girl diva will NEVER leave you alone. He has the tendency to latch on to people he cares about, never letting them go. Just ask Toris.
However, what people do not know, save Toris, is there is a time when the accent drops, and the male becomes serious. Prussia is the only other nation to have seen Feliks like this. The battle worn side of the flamboyant nature is usually best seen when he's weary, which is not often, and is a more serious, temperamental side. He can be rude, caustic, and come off as just plain being an asshole, but...it almost always passes. It's just a phase.

He has light, shoulder-length blond hair and green eyes. He wears a green uniform with matching cape, and tan boots. Sometimes he is drawn with a green capelet worn over his jacket, though in one preliminary design of Poland, he wore a full-length cape instead.
Most of the time nowadays, he enjoys his skirts, and frilly shirts, mostly with pink. It makes him look gorgeous, and Poland happens to think he makes a really good girl, thank you very much~.
